Managing a company’s risks is not limited to purchasing insurance. We put our knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance markets at your service to design effective tools for the identification, quantification, mitigation, control, and/or transfer of risks for every organization.
For this reason, RAM Consulting was born, an independent risk management service provider that looks out exclusively for the insured’s interest.
We are pioneers in developing an independent approach to risk management that hands control of transactions back to the insured, reduces costs, and increases the effectiveness of current risk transfer programs. At the same time, it converts risks and the liabilities derived from them into an opportunity that adds value to the company in the eyes of investors, shareholders.

Our team is formed by lawyers, engineers, former international underwriters, auditors, and risk inspectors, all with experience and certifications in insurance and reinsurance at both local and international levels.
We act in alliance with Compass Risk Services, LLC., an independent risk management service provider in Dallas, United States, thereby maximizing our service, capabilities, and response times by adding experienced professionals with access to key global insurance and reinsurance markets to our team.
Pablo Jugovic Masjuan
Specialist in Insurance, Reinsurance, and Risk Management. He leads our Alternative Risk Transfer and Captive Insurers area. He has over 35 years of experience in the national and international insurance and reinsurance market, where he has served, among other roles, as Manager for Chile and Argentina at Mondial Assistance, Latin American Director for Allan Group, and Development Manager for Latin America at CIGNA Corporation. Pablo is a Commercial Engineer. He speaks Spanish, English, and French, and is an active member of The Risk Management Society (RIMS).

She has focused her practice on insurance due diligence and advising financing entities or project promoters (project finance and M&A). Marcela is a Lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, holds an ILLM – MBA from IE Business School, and holds certifications in General Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute of London (CII). She speaks Spanish and English, actively participates as a speaker at The Risk Management Society (RIMS) conferences, and leads cooperation relations between RIMS members in the region.

His practice has focused on the administration of highly complex claims and legal analysis, avoiding the judicialization of claims settlement processes. Jorge is a Lawyer from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, holds a Master’s in Risk Management from Universidad EALDE, Spain, a Master’s from Syracuse University, and holds certifications in General Insurance and Claims from The Chartered Insurance Institute of London (CII). He speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and actively participates as a speaker at The Risk Management Society (RIMS) conferences.
